How to participate
There are a number of different ways to participate in CupcakeCamp as an attendee. You can choose to be a Baker (you bring the cupcakes), an Eater (you eat the cupcakes), or a volunteer!
Eater: This is the easiest part. Your job as an eater is to show up, munch on cupcakes, and hang out with all of the other attendees! The cost to attend CupcakeCampKW as a eater is $6. This special price will earn you one (1) ticket to eat the cupcake of your choice at the event, PLUS give you free admission to the Children’s Museum for the rest of the day! Want to eat more cupcakes? Buy extra tickets at the door for $1 each! All donations will go to the Children’s Museum and all the awesome fun things they do.
Baker: Your job is to bring cupcakes to the event. There won’t be any place to bake or decorate your cupcakes on-site so make sure you do it before you get to CupcakeCamp. As a baker, you can also enter your cupcakes into the competition to win glorious prizes. And of course, you get to eat cupcakes too! The cost to attend CupcakeCampKW as a baker is $4. This discounted price will earn you two (2) tickets to eat the cupcakes of your choice at the event, PLUS give you free admission to the Children’s Museum for the rest of the day! Volunteer: You help us plan the event and act as out go-to people during the day of. And, yes, you guessed it, you enjoy yourself some cupcakes too!
